Hello!

I'm Chris, the Photographer and Digital Image Guy behind Bostaurus Studios.

Thank you for taking a few moments to learn a bit about the guy who does the hard work around Bostaurus Studios. I won't bore you with a bunch of details about how my education makes me brilliant, or why I am simply fantastic. That's the realm of other artists, and something I'm not interested in.

I will tell you what I'm not.

I'm not one of those pushy photographers who want to get to the job, snap the pictures, and head home.

I want to see your photographs shine. I legitimately love photography and all things to do with the photographic process. I want to share my enthusiasm about photography with the world.

I cite my Uncle Bernie for being responsible for getting me into photography to stay. My Uncle Bernie is my dad's twin brother. As well, he is a former military photographer with more years of photo experience than I can count. When I turned 18, he handed me my first real SLR. A Canon EF. The EF was a remarkable upgrade to my equipment despite being nearly 25 years old at the time. I shot roll upon roll of film on that camera, and it continues to purr to this day.

Back to present day..

I now run a nice little Photography and Design business called Bostaurus Studios.
